[Resolved] Homeshop18 — not responding | |
Dear team, i am sidhant sharma. I have purchased micromax doodle 3 mobile from home shop 18 on 26/05/2014. After 03 months in septemer my phone got switched off automaticaly. I tried so many times to on it, but it did not switch on. I register a complaint on home shop 18 on 13/09/2014. Thier executive said out senior will call you back with in 48 hrs. But till now i have not got any call from his side. They are ignoring me. I called them so may times but they did not responed. I am very much upset with the services of home shop 18. Sincere apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Any such issue should be reported within 48 hours of delivery as per return policy.
Sorry to inform that refund/replacement is not possible as the issue was reported after TAT.
