What you are suggesting I have done thrice and last time after one day of repair problem started again.
Why don't you replace it and see how much pain we are carrying repeatedly.
In mobile industry replacement is done even before to this condition I don't know why you have so much of reservation.

I
bought one spice 423 set on 04.03.2014 through your TV show
but since then I am facing technical snag one or another.
Till now this hand set has
visited your service centers thrice and received yesterday
and today I am again facing same issue(Icon are deleting
automatically).
I am
thoroughly doubting your competency level right from
Manufacturing to service centre.
By hiring a good looking anchors will not
improve product quality any way they are cheating
customers.
I believe there
is some very serious technical issue with the machine which
your technical goons are not able to set right.
My warranty period is going to
over and after that who will bear the cost of repeated
failures and repairs.
Please change the hand set at the earliest
otherwise my next visit will be to consumer court.
I don't want to visit your
incompetent service centre fourth time and to left my set
with them for another 15 days.
Hope to hear from some one of you in
affirmation.
