[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Received Damaged Item on 01/04/2014 and still waiting for replacement. | |||
Hi, On 25/03/2014, my uncle ordered an item (berg multi cuisine maker) from Homeshop18 and the same was received on 01/04/2014. But, the item was received damaged. After many discussions with HomeShop18 customer care people, I returned the product through India Post Parcel service (CM[protected]IN) on 21/04/2014. After 3 weeks the same parcel was returned to me by India Post stating that "untraceable address", no to say that the faulty address was provided by HomeShop18 through SMS, which I still have in my mobile. So, I discussed with HS18 and got a corrected one and again parcelled the item on 17/05/2014 (CM[protected]IN) and the same was delivered at the address on 27/05/2014 (as confirmed by the India Post through the complaint number[protected]. Since then I have written & called to HS18 several times but neither I am getting the replacement nor getting the courier charges (Rs. 361/-). For our information, I was reimbursed for the first courier charge through cheque. I am a frequent online buyer and have ordered from many companies but I haven't find such a BAD service from any of the companies. Was this information helpful? | |||

Both the refunds have been received but to get the same I did all possible followups with HomeShop18 but thanks to this forum where things started materializing. HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

As discussed, Courier refund cheque for the remaining amount of Rs.361 will be delivered within 10-11 working days in the name of Nihar Ranjan Panigrahy
