i need my refund against order no[protected], its been 2 months already, Mr. Nitin Kaushik and Mr. Arjun SINGH...whenever i call them for my refund they says the same line that status is not updated yet..and they both are kept to give false commitments. Mr. Arjun Singh was about give AWP number 6 days back and he even gave me his extension number 124# which never connects and the executives never transfers the call to him as he never did the job which was to be done against my order. he is such a lair & hypocrite . even the call centre executives are hopeless.They do not reply to mails.Neither they give any concrete answers.Every time i write them, they send an automated response...
