Homeshop18 — Refund amount and not satisfactory feedback | |||||
Sir, i have orderedd a double bedsheet from homeshop18.i returned my product due to bad cloth .after that i m calling again and again to refund my amount but even they didn't give a satisfactory answer.and they also gave me bluedart no to check my delivery but again there was a problem of address then they said to ask homeshop to mail bluedart my complete address so that tthey will despatch my cheque.but i call again and again but i m not receive a single revert from them .today again it was surprising for me that wen i called them they tell they again despatch my cheque on same address as i updated but when i m called to update they never tell me about that .so why we belive in such companies .there is a lot of gap, confusions and tnsns.i requested to check that if this happens wat the customers do u tell.
