[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refund is not as per the policy | |||
This is most cheating online company .Never trust on these people service .From my no.[protected] i made an order to homeshope18 on 23july for a spice mobile Mi506 model they delivered the product after the given date that on 31.07.14 but the touch screen & ear piece sound was not working properly so as per their refund policy the next day i made a complain & return the product with DTDC courier special service which i am having record that that they have got it on 04.08.14. when i call their customer care they conformed it that they have received the courier, i am also having the recording of this conversation .but after calling several time they are not giving my refund . but i am having all the prove of their cheating attitude . so now i am thinking to go for a consumer case against them.
