I order straights and curls, on 24th sep 2014 But I got defected product so I return for replacement on 1st oct 2014 till now I not received my product And I never got any call from Hs18 I also given 2 contact no’s then also not get call, I always call for my product status and they ask me to wait 7day, I am waiting from last 58days Order on[protected] Complaint no[protected]
