[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Repair. Replacement of micromax eg111 cdma handset

Sir, I have purchased a new Micromax mobile EG 111 on line from Home shop 18 on 04 Jun 2015 vide invoice no TARA/15-16/111744 dated 04.06.2015 & Order no.[protected] dated 03.06.2015. The above Micromax mobile EG 111 was not getting power on10.10.2015 and given for repair to Bangalore M/S Carepoint Micromax service center near Richmond Circle Bangalore on 12.10.2015 vide Job sheet Ref.No.S [protected] 19696688 .After checking handset they have told its mother board having problem and need to send to Delhi HQ for repair and it may take 15-20 days to get it back after Repair. I have received SMS message from Micromax care on 28.10.2015 that handset is repaired and to collect it from service center. Checked up with M/S CarPoint service center and they informed message is from HQ and it will take 2-3 days to reach them.Again on 31/10 I have checked up with M/S Carepointservice center at 1400 hrs and they have told they have received the handset and it is in the Quality control cell and will be able deliver by 1830 Hrs. As I could not reach service center at that time on 31.10.2015 I have reached service center 1400Hrs on 02.11.2015 for collecting handset, again the service center informed me it is in the quality cell and will be delivered in the evening only. I have told them same reply was given on 31.10.2015 and you are repeating same reply.Finally they have told me to wait for some more time, After 1 hour they have given the handset at 1530hrs .I have put off the handset to insert my simcard and when put it ON it came on for few seconds and went off like the problem reported earlier, continuously vibrating and not getting on .This was repeated when again given for checking there itself with service center staff so they have taken back the handset and told me to wait for some more days, & told after rectifying they will inform me when it is ready. This I felt bit strange as my handset has come from HQ Micromax service Center after repairing and staff claiming the mother board is changed / repaired and finding same problem again exists with the handset. Its great surprise on the quality of the handset& servicing done, so I called customer care attended byMr.Akash(on 02.11.2015)explained the above issues& Matter. He discussed the issues with M/S Carepoint service center staff on my mobile and finally agreed for Handset replacement and given me a complaint No.MMX[protected] .Checked up with service center for anything to be done further, they have told to carry same job sheet and informed it will take again 15 - 20 days for replacement. when I contacted on phone with M/S Carepointservice center on 05.011.2015 they have informed me the handset is ready and to come and collect. I told them it was agreed for Handset replacement. They have told to come to service center. Again I called with customer care on 05.011.2015 attended by Mr.Mukesh and he informed me above complaint No MMX[protected] for Job sheet Ref No. S[protected] is closed and told me for replacement I need to take new jobsheet, This thing service center not told me and asked me to carry same job sheet on 02.11.2015 .Next day again I called up M/S CarepointMicromax service center, this time they told again my handset is in Quality cell. Icould not understand what is happening. On 09.11.2015 as per Micromax service Center advice I have visited Bangalore M/S Carepoint Micromax service center and submitted old Job sheet and issued with a new Jobsheet Ref No.S[protected].Service center staff told me they have already raised demand for new handset request on 04.11.2015 and told to wait for another 10-15 days. This is informed to customer care number by calling on 13.11.2015 at 14:23 Hrs. Again I have contacted Bangalore service center on 16.11.2015 and checked for status of the jobsheet staff given me the service center senior manager Mr.Nirmal’s Mobile No.[protected] to contact and when contacted he assured again he will do needful and try to get the handset with in one week to 10 days. On 19.11.2015 again I rang up Customer Care attended by Mr.Narendra Pal and checked up for status of my Handset he also assured issue will be sorted out soon within 7 days and given me a fresh complaint No.MMX[protected] also told some senior management will be contacting me with in 24Hrs.Unfortunately no one called. Again I have visited Bangalore M/S Carepoint Micromax service center on 23.11.2015 and met Mr.Nirmal and again assured he is following up my case will sort out soon. On 25.11.2015 some person called from Micromax and told my handset will be repaired and delivered soon. The fact is that these person from MICROMAX CARE does not know the actual issue and simply giving a readymade reply just to address on customer complaint. On cross questioning about the issues that it is been agreed for replacement the call got disconnected. So I have tried to call back on that number but that number disable to receive call. So I have contacted customer care again on 25.11.2015 at 1408 Hrs. attended by Mr.Arpith, explained to him the issues again and he registered a new complaint No.MMX[protected] and he also assured again issue will be sorted out within seven days and also told some senior management will be contacting me with in 24Hrs.But no one contacted till now. Again I have contacted M.Nirmal of Bangalore Service Center and informed that its almost going to be two months my handset is given for repair & not yet resolved now I am forced to approach consumer court to resolve the issue. He asked me to provide all the complaint numbers accordingly given all the complaint numbers and agreed he will highlight the issue to Micromax HQ and advised to go ahead for approaching consumer court if further delayed. On 01.12.2015 contacted Mr Nirmal again & they asked me to send mail to Micromax CSM m.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com with full details. Mail is been send to that address on 05.12.2015 and informed Mr.Nirmal, and as per him it will take again 20 more days. Sir its going again& again further. Due to this I have lost lots of time and attention on my personnel &professional matters and also lost my communication to all my families& dependents, so I request your kind intervention and help me to resolve the issue. Every time whenever contacted only readymade answer of assurance of next seven days& senior manager will contact you with in 24 Hrs given. But no positive response, even the customer care representatives does not know the actual problem& simply gives a reply of committing for next seven days OR Twenty days assurance. All these set up is simply cheating the customer. No coordination with each other.
