Respected Sir, I am sorry to inform you that the Micromax Canvas Win W121(Black) Smartphone was ordered on 14/06/2015 through HomeShop 18, order number is[protected], Sub Order Number is[protected], Seller's TIN Number is [protected], Invoice number is TARA/15-16/134506 and as well as Seller's CST Number is [protected], but the same is delivered by HomeShop 18's courier partner Aramex on 18/06/2015 at 12:30 Pm.I therefore hence opened the parcel of the product Micromax Canvas Win W121 (Black) Smartphone from HomeShop18 the very next day on 19/06/2015 and I was very much shocked and very much disappointed to see that the product Micromax Canvas Win W121 (Black) Smartphone was not working, it was not turning on since the very same day that was 19/06/2015 and therefore hence I had received a defective handset product of the Micromax Canvas Win W121 (Black) Smartphone from Homeshop 18 and I also felt cheated for which i had made a complain to HomeShop 18's customer care office for deputing the service of replacement for the same very best fresh brand new product of Micromax Canvas Win W121 (Black) Smartphone in order to get the same but no one is attending my complain.Today till now no one from HomeShop 18 had bothered to call me and ask what is the matter with the handset??? OR what is the problem with the handset???
