Homeshop18 — Wrong version of the book delivered and then no response! | |||
I had ordered for a book(order#[protected] 'My First Handy Bible' on the 27th June and it was clearly mentioned that the language would be 'English' however when the book arrived on Monday-30th June, it was a 'Scandanavia' version !!! I immediately filed a customer care and I was informed they dont take complains for books so I complained online. Complain number - #513904 . 2 days later I got a mail from Abhikant Gautam asking me to courier back to an address, I resent the book through Indiapost and while tracking I found that it was refused at the destination and is being sent back!! I tried contacting their customer care (many times) and also submitted a ticket online but still no response. This is BAD and I need a resolution to this immediately! The courier I sent had been returned back to me today stating that it was 'refused' at the destination. I'm very disappointed with the service and now I have a Scandinavian version of the bible and lost my money.

My experience with HomeShop18 will never end!!! On the 10th of July, I was asked to re-sent the book and that HomeShop18 arranged for a pickup from home ... I resent the book and I tracked it, this time it was delivered at the destination. However after that, I have received NO communication / intimation on what is going to happen next!! I can't believe that a BIG online based store is soooooo laid-back with their customer service!!
