Honda 2 Wheelers India — Complaint about misbehaving at dealers end. | |||
I am Ajay Employee of LIC OF INDIA. as i want to buy a new Honda Grazia scooter (blue colour) from LOHCHAB HONDA, DELHI BYE PASS, ROHTAK, HARYANA 124001. as this scooter if Financed by my corporation LIC OF INDIA, Rohtak. An amount of Rs. 83572/- is credited to LOHCHAB HONDA'S SBI ACCOUNT on 14/10/2021. I visited this Honda showroom on 16/10/2021 for the delivery of blue Grazia scooter. They said they don't have blue Grazia scooter in stock and added that they will update me for the same on phone.I called Jitender Nandal(ph. No. [protected]) for the delivery. he said it's not possible to deliver blue scooter we have only two colour Red and Grey either buy Red or Grey. I agreed to buy Grey colour scooter. And again on 18/10/2021 evening i visited the showroom for the delivery. During the final billing they were forcing me to buy the ACCESSORIES with the scooter upon which i disagreed but the salesman continuously argued and said we do not sale without Accessories he further added HAME APNE KAM KA PATA HAI TU HAME HAMARA KAM MAT SIKHA. They guys don't even know how to talk with their customers. There was no professional ethics. They were treating me like an illiterate person. As we already have 3 two wheeler vehicle of honda in our family and we were extremely satisfied with your vehicle. But This time the way your representative behaving with your customers is pathetic.
