Honda Cars India Ltd. — delayed explanation and harassment by your employees | |||||
I was driving my car honda city gj018432 At sg highway ahmedabad on 24/07/2017 in heavy rainfall. Suddenly during driving, steering of car became hard so i took my car to emerald honda ashram road ahmedabad. I was informed by mr praful (Mob. No [protected]) that there is some problem in the module of car which caused the steering problem. Then i asked him the reason for the module problem and the answer was because of the rain. I asked him in the written format and he told me for the charge of rs450 he will give me. Then i asked him to intimate to the insurance company bajaj allianz. He told me that you wont be getting insurance because of the damage is caused by rain. I am very frustrated and mentally harassed by the behaviour. I certainly dont expect this kind of attitude of honda towards its customer. I am not buying honda again and definitely not recommending to others. Was this information helpful? | |||||
