Car was purchased in May 2015. It has stalled/refused to start 4 times, and I've had to call roadside assistance. each time new problem has been detected. In 2015 the wire harness under dashboard had been relaid and stated as manufacturing defect. Subsequently it was replaced. So far the battery (replaced twice), starter motor, fuse, wire harness, horn, starter switch has been replaced. The car was returned to me on 24th June after changing battery and is back for repair today with AC not working and blower making noise. How many parts will Honda replace before they realize they need to replace car!! what calamity do they need to happen before Honda admits they have rolled out a defective piece!! What will it take for Honda to wake up!! Everytime the car is returned to me I'm assured it has been fully checked. Was it not tested for these same parameters when it was rolled out of the factory? All I ask for is a car which can be relied on to perform when I need to use it!! A car which doesn't leave me and my daughter stranded on dark roads at night in an unsafe city like Delhi, which doesn't force me to travel by cabs at night. My earlier car, a Toyota, didn't give me quarter of this trouble even after 100000 km. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am complaining about your services in showroom akshay honda dhule substitute showroom of jalgaon in Maharashtra. I am submitted my car in showroom for service on music system from last 25 days and as on today i cant received my music system. The showroom employees ask me ur music system send to the noida for service
