My Name is Vijaykant Pankhi My Email is : [protected]@gmail.com I am from Surat and My Honda Amaze reg number is - GJ-05-RC-0152 I submitted a claim for Front and Rear Door Scratch on 23th November 2017 at Landmark Service Station, University Road, Surat Gujarat. My Claim Details - MOT[protected] ICICI Lombard I got my car back on 2nd or 3rd of december. Which is a long time frame to approve and resolve any claim. At the time of delivery - on the same front and back door which i claimed for had dent. (remember on both door). I called service manager Nilesh Bhai and showed him the condition of my vehicle. He told me that might be by one of there mechanics while taking out your vehicle or parking the vehicle. They were nice at the time because fault was from there side. Kaushal who handled my claim representative of honda for the claim process told me to repaint both doors next time of service. On date 1st of Feb 2018, My car was due for service, So I went to service center and submitted my service due and resolution of that Dent caused by there mechanic. Due date to submit completed vehicle was 2nd of Feb, As per Kaushal they need 1 day to complete this job. I went to service center on Saturday after calling to service center and they told me my vehicle is ready for delivery but it was not ready. They have just done Lapi - Astar (as per service center guy) and not painted yet. I really wanted my car back on saturday to attend out city marriage of my cousin. Mr Nilesh - Service Manager "I cannot do anything if your vehicle is not ready, I am sorry for your inconvenience. I will make sure to deliver your vehicle on Monday 5th of Feb 2018 for sure. And I will take action against Kaushal who told you that your vehicle is ready but still not" On 6th of Feb, Still my vehicle is not ready and when I called service center guy, He is telling me that paint job is not so neat, And I cannot submit you vehicle yet. The person who painted vehicle has not done his job correctly. Now I am asking what the hell is happening with my vehicle. Are you not going to give my car back? Who is the guy doing paint job on my vehicle, Is he not mature enough how to paint job a car? Most important question who made dent on my vehicle at the time of first claim? What is the Job of Honda Service Manage. To say Sorry and not have to look into the issue? Points - Dent on my first Claim, Deadline Missed 3 times in a row for the same work, Paint Job is not done correctly, Service manage - Stupid Sorry which he didn't mean it. My Humble request is to any authority who looks into this issue is please give me my car back with no dents on it and professional paint job. I promise Honda that I will never give back my car to you for immature peace of work.
