Harassment of Maternity Patient and flaws in the Hospital administration

My wife was admitted to AMRI Hospital Dhakuria on 28th April 2009 as an Maternity case and an ceassarian operation was performed on the same day. However, the nursing staff inside the OT passed certain unparliamentary comments on the patient, especially wen she was in a utter labour pain. They are like ' SHE IS A BAD PATIENT OF A BAD DOCTOR', SEEMS TO BE QUITE AGED AND DOES NOT SEEMS TO BE HER 1ST CARRIAGE.

Name as a defaulter in CIBIL because of HSBC

Hi,

My name has been wrongly put by HSBC as a defaulter in CIBIL. I am using their credit card since last 1 year and is running well without even any late payments.
I mailed them about their mistake and asked them to revert back my name from there. In reply to that they are repeatedly asking me my CIBIL report which I have no clue how to get.
I got this mail from them.
Dear Mr. Jain,

This complaint is regarding the HSBC collections department, Basavanagudi, Bangalore(At least, that is what they claim to be!).

I hold a Credit Card with the HSBC bank and I was unable to pay the dues for around 1.5 months as my nature of job involves extensive travelling, mostly to remote schools in the country. The incident happened yesterday while I'm still away at work at a place in Kerala, where there are no HSBC...

'WRITTEN OFF' status in CIBIL even after full payment of dues

Please note I was holding HSBC Gold Credit Card [protected] (Issued from Pune Branch) in name of Akhil Jain which got expired in 2006.
I couldn't pay the overdue amount on card for long time and ultimately paid the whole amount of Rs 53, 900 on 30/01/2009.
At the time of payment assurance was given that my name will be removed from CIBIL Defaulter list automatically as bank updates CIBIL on monthly basis.

UnSolicited communication

Dated 13-7-09, at 20:18 Hrs, I rcvd an SMS from VM-HSBC stating payment due of Rs. 59, 265/- to be paid by 03-Aug-09. I'm not a customer of HSBC and that I have been using my phone since Sep'08. It was the first SMS I ever rcvd from HSBC.

This was very distracting. I tried to find the call-center number the night I rcvd msg but the number listed on the page was not correct. Next day I found the number and had a chat...

I am a software professional working at Hyderabad. In the year 2006 I was harassed and forced to take the HSBC credit card bearing number [protected]. While issuing card the marketing executives of HSBC credit card division made promises that it is life time free credit card and no annual fees will levied.
I've been hardly using the card and made the payments in right time for the purchases done using the card.
