I bought this sandal in orion mall hush puppies store. The details of which are: bill no.[protected] dated 25/01/[protected] for rs.3999/-. Within three months, the straps are fully worn out. They have split into two and have become extremely loose. I went to the store and they insisted that i login a complaint. I am surprised to come across this type of the low quality in the branded hush puppy product. I always thot of great in quality of this brand and im totally disappointed now. I want a replacement of my sandals or the same may be serviced for the new. Hoping to expect a good response from your side.
