I LOGGED A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY SHOES EARLIER ALSO BUT I DID NOT GET
ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR END . I DONT KNOW THAT WHY IT IS
HAPPENING. BEING A VERY GOOD BRAND WHY YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONDING.I
LOGGED A COMPLAINT IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY AND I GOT A MAIL FROM YOUR
SIDE THAT FROM WHERE I BOUGHT MY SHOES I HAVE TO VISIT ONLY THAT STORE.
IF I BOUGHT MY SHOE FROM MUMBAI, SO IT MEANS I HAVE TO GO TO MUMBAI TO
SHOW MY SHOOES . THEN WHY YOU OPEN ANOTHER STORE IF YOU ARE NOT EVEN
ABLE TO GIVE YOUR SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMER . I NEED AN URGENT ACTION ON
THIS . AND SPECIALLY I WANT MY SHOES TO BE REPLACED . I WILL NOT GO TO
DELHI ON THAT PARTICULAR STORE FROM WHERE I BOUGHT MY SHOES. I GOT A
MAIL FROM YOUR END AND ON THAT MAIL I HAVE SEEN THAT I HAVE TO CARRY MY
CASH MEMO WHILE VISITING THE STORE . WHO WILL KEEP THIS CASH MEMO FOR
SIX MONTH . JUST FOR THIS THAT MY SHOES WILL BE BROKEN AFTER SIX MONTH
SO I HAVE TO KEEP THAT CASH MEMO SAFE . SO I AM REITERATING THAT I WANT
