Hi, I had ordered a dress material, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment.I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved asap!!! I have paid the electricity bill of Rs. 11742/- through Smart bijlee app on 03/11/2017, with the help of my IDBI bank net banking but app says failure of payment whether my amount is debited from account, i think its stuck on the gateway, so please process the refund to my account.

I Added 1500rs from bank to Airtel Payment Bank and suddenly my get deducted by Ibibo web seems fraud company...I am going to case agains this company at cyber crime.If you can do plz.. refund my money in wallet asuch possible.
