IBIBO Group — ibibo web pvt. ltd. deducted my account

While buying a mobile from greendust.com I have to make a payment of rs 7999 towards greendust.com however i got my one time password (otp) to complete transaction to complete the transaction as directed but though the amount has been deducted from SBI bank account neither i get successful order confirmation message nor the amount was received by the greendust. So, the amount of Rs7999 was wrongly deducted from my account by Ibibo Web. Pvt. Ltd. So pliz refund my amount. My payment details To transfer: INB Ibibo Web. Pvt.
