IBIBO Group — Oxigen wallet transaction | |||
Dear Ibibo, Kindly let me know the status of transaction? transaction id's - "AOnV2yZtGzAy" and "LfhPBfEfDyvV" When I enquiry with my bank they has said that amount got capture at Oxigen merchant end it self and you people have generated the above transaction id number mentioned.Kindly add amount immediately to the wallet or Rs.165.45 + Rs.165.45 to my bank account...Date of transaction on 14th Feb'15... I did twice...it has shown that twice it was deducted...As per your Terms and conditions amount will be refunded in 5-7 days..I made on 14th Feb'15 till now amount was not added to my account.
