I have initiated one transaction on 10th January 2019 but the amount was not loaded to Beneficiary account.

I have raised SR at Icici bank and see what i got response from your side

SR[protected]: Dear Customer, UPI transaction initiated on 10-JAN-19 for Rs 2000 has been successfully credited to the beneficiary account.

Worst service from icici i have already share all the documents at customer.[protected]@icicibank.com
And they are telling that our escalation team has been informed by Airtel as the txn was successful... Though i shared everything

Though amount was failed from i mobile upi section request page only but although amount was deducted.

Please escalate to your higher team as per our discussion and revert back with me in 1 day and also call back required for the same...

I'm attaching documents as per telephonic conversation with divya. Kindly look that attachment.

NOTE: i have made one another transaction on 11th Jan but it was successfully loaded in account so don't get confused with the screenshot

Please note if my amount is not credited in my icici bank account then tomorrow i will file case against your bank as you are unnecessary harrassing the customer..

Kindly refer Nodal officer reply from Airtel Payments bank and also from the grievance officer. They have already given confirmation mail still you are not sending money to my bank what is any issue.

Such a pathetic service of your customer care service already given in all the emails still asking for valid transaction id
As i have already mentioned that i was loading money and given reference no which i received through SMS.



Kindly resolve the issue or else i have to file this case in consumer court that you are deducting money but not adding money in customer account while you are not refunding the same. Kindly revert back us with proper reply. I'm sending you screenshot of message which i have received first of all open your eye and see that and than reply. Useless employees in airtel payments bank

Useless fellow which valid transaction ID you want...



Ms. Ranju Prasad first of all understand the meaning of my subject line and find this details in your Razorpay, Billdesk, CcAvenue and Citrus which ever tool you are using okay because it is load money through UPI transaction and amount has been deducted from my account but it is not loaded in Airtel money wallet account and i have already provided copy of passbook and its password in my previous mail with case id : 2944889.



Already it has been more than 15 days take SR on behalf of this.



So kindly take request as i know all procedure of your Airtel Payments Bank and if you are not capable to do so kindly take help from your Team Leader which are threre on Floor okay..



Dont do duplicate case read every emails already shared all details.
