[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — As per icici customer service transaction successful but from my side if transaction successful why atm not dispense cash

Dear sir,
I have icici bank account in hathras branch. I Widraw 9500 rs. From Punjab national Bank (obc) atm money deducted from my account but atm not despens cash i informed ICICI customer service And my service request number is SR[protected]. Icici customer service mailed me on[protected] about this service request and written your transaction successful. But i want Know if my transaction is successful why atm not despens the cash.
I want see the atm cctv footage.
So please help me and reverse my money.
