HI, Im saroj, my account has been debited by 481.83rs under dp chgs till jun-20 on 28 july 2020

I did not activate any service for icici. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

Please, request you to revert the money back to my account asap....

I am 65 years old having account in ICICI Bank. The monthly interest for my FD [protected] is not being credited since 2 months July & August 2020. May I know the reason? The TDS is not applicable as 15G is already submitted. I have been contacting the customer care number but they said they will come back but never did. I got calls regarding application of health insurance via credit card where i dont need a health insurance, the agents are persistent by saying that health insurance is mandatory for credit card holders...

Im so shocked to receive to receive such a pathetic servuce, i have neve received.
Today on 12 august after 10:30 i made a call to the the customer service, one agent who received my call after me saying hello 4-5 time asking him to speak he hung on me, i held my petience and call the customer service team again thinking its may be connection issue, i got second agent who said he cannot help me with my issue and he said he will transfer...

I have a query regarding my icici gift card's issued by my company. One of the card i registered a long time ago and is working fine. Rest 6 cards i didn't registered at that time as the validity of the cards is till 04/21. When i am trying to register them now on the portal, i am getting an error stating that my card is in invalid status. What does that mean and how to i resolve it?...

Today, an amount of rs.725 was deducted from my account in name of posdec charges. I wasn't using this icici card from a long time and today i submitted money to it and a deduction of rs.725 happened without any notice.

An amount of rs.29 was deducted 25 times from my account in single day. I want my money back....

After applying for moratorium for 2 times from icici bank my account got hit with two ecs charges for no apparent reason. How is that even possible if i have applied for moratorium for august month on 27th july and then after fullerton people called me to say that it is not at moratorium i sent them the moratorium request again on 4th of august but still two 500rs charges has been debited for no reason....

Seems similar kind of fraud transaction happened on other accounts as well. It happened on my account also. When i responded to block the transaction there is no reply again. Can some action be taken immediately?...

4 months ago i done transaction in wrong account number. I also visited bank for refund but still pending. They didn't give me contact information of wrong account person. I want my money back....

I have icici bank make my trip credit card. Initially rupees 590 was charged as a joining fee which had due date of 9th august. I paid the bill on 2nd august and performed two transaction of 3022 and 199 rupees. But now my outstanding balance is showing an excess of 590 rupees. This amount is not being shown in any statement but it is showing up in outstanding balance. I tried to contact the bank but helpline number is not working....

I am trying to reach icici bank to get resolved my queries regarding my fasttag and multiwallet card.

Fastag money is debited from my account [rs.499] but its been a 7 month i have not received fasttag.

I work with tcs and they have provided me with multiwallet food card. I am not getting proper assistance from bank regarding whom to contact in case i forgot my username.

I have set auto debit for 1000 for my ppf account, but every month 5000 rupees has been debited from account. I have raised complaints in icici customer care they told visit branch and branch officials told to contact online service. I have raised complain but not response from icici.
Please provide solution for my issue....

On[protected] friday at 5.40 i received the massage that my account is debited for rs 1699 for debit card purchase. However i was sitting at my home and having my debit card with me. I tried to call icici customer care number but none of them was working. I tried to block the card through net banking but it is also not able to proceed. ICICI Bank account holder since 2014. Holding expression card since 2014. Getting charged around 550 every year.
I want to cancel the expression debit card and get a normal debit card. I tried reaching the customer care since last 2 weeks but as soon as they hear for cancelling Expression card they keep call on hold and don't respond.

Maybe its the way how customers are treated or Expression card is the income generation...

I have never applied for any dmat account. And i didn't get any sms or any notification from icici bank for opening dmay, 4years back i have opened this account since then every march i was charged up to 826rs. This is happening on every march.

I want all that money to be returned kindly help on the same....
