No body has contacted me yet on this .. It is not fair as a customer I keep waiting for it..

same problem i have faced today...i don't know what to do. Can anyone tell me, how to resolve this problem. Or should i mail to any senior authority or ICICI bank..

I also faced the same issue.I also want my money back.
Now a days everyone is talking about it.
ICICI Bank is doing a cheating with there customers.

Its a question to the ICICI Bank is like why you people are deducting the money from the accounts without any prior information?

Yes ICICI is deducting without user permission. ICICI making their customers as fools. There are many other options you can show an message in the user's online account or you can redirect to the page for payment. But why you people are doing like this. Please respond if you are not doing wrong...

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2&1/2 years now When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DP CHGS TILL NOV-14'---- INR 505.62'.(MONTHLY) When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]. They applying minimum balance charges if saving a/c amount goes bellow 10000/- I have lost 6000 to 7000 rupees. please I want my money back.

Yes ICICI Bank is really doing stupid stuff - i am not happy i will be closing my account
I have been using Citi and Axis bank and i find both are great!

I am customer with your ICICI Bank and i want to know the what is DP Charges and i didn't activate any services with my account and with out my knowledge how your ICICI stupid people are doing and deducting like this without customer awareness and if your company deduct from corers of customers then why you people are not becoming rich with out doing any work and these are all reason India still developing country and first of all every ICICI Branch has to close in India

I also have the same issue DP CHGS TILL NOV-14 375.99.I have hardly done online banking once or twice and this is what i get.I was always reluctant of doing online banking just because of this.No prior information was given by the bank about deductions. This has to be taken seriously by the authority otherwise we have to report this.Seriously annoying. my number is [protected].GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO RESOLVE THIS. they deducted 561.80 from my account, such a big fraud.
