[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraudulent Transaction[protected] | |||
I see two fraudulent transaction on my ICICI bank statement. 03/12/2016 IPS/Reliance Su/[protected]/0 Dr. 1, 820.00 03/12/2016 IPS/Reliance Su/[protected]/0 Dr. 2, 143.96 My old debit card has issues & I could not read the security grid which is required for making transactions (it was not stolen or lost). There was no option for me online to request replacement for damaged card & hence I asked request using 'replace stolen card'. I also dropped an email to customer care describing the situation through an email to [protected]@icicibank.com. I got the new card & now I see the this fraudulent transaction. I called ICICI customer care & recorded message says cannot connect to the representative due to high call volumes & I get disconnected (they don't even let me wait on the call).
