[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Imps transaction get failed

Hi

Today i have made a Transfer of an amount rupees 6500 from icici net banking to one of my other HDFC Bank account For monthly Emi...

and Payment has been transferred by using IMPS transaction..

but

The Amount has been Debited from my account & it has not been credited to the

beneficiary(ie., my Account only)...


I Called customer care people on this issue But They Are not saying proper answer and not even raising ticket On this issue...

Using The above icici account I made the above transaction...


becoz of the failure of my Imps Transaction Today My Check got Bounced in HDFC

Who will take responsibility for that...


I begg U people to please take an immediate action on this and please resolve this as soon as possible
