[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Ltd — not recieved sufficient provident fund

Dear Concern, I Rakshit Mahajan worked as Gold Loan Counsellor in icici bank ltd Haldwani branch from 24 March 2014 to 5 Dec 2014. I applied for withdrawal of my provident fund on 8th jan 2015 and send my documents to uttam associates madurai. As per my offer letter, 673 rs has been deducted from my monthly salary but only 7482rs have been credited in my savings account on 24 jan 2015. I recieved text message from Employee Provident fund office on 28 Jan 2015 ( Form 10C (Withdrawal Benefit) Claim ID: MDMDU[protected] Acct No MDMDU[protected] rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch). Kindly pay attention to this issue and please try to resolve it as soon as possible.
