ICICI Bank — Not solving complaints even after taking moths together time and closing complaints without solving it | |||||
Dear Sir, My self Manjunath Patil, i made a bill payment of 495.36 rupees to Vodafone network on 19th of September at 9:56 AM through there USSD code *111# (this option is only for ICICI customers with there Vodafone number registered in ICICI BANK of which i attached a proof below) from my registered postpaid mobile number [protected], after payment i got the message stating that dear customer we are unable to process your request and sorry for inconvenience caused to you from Vodafone i attached this message below, but my money was deducted from ICICI BANK account stating amount credited to VODAFONE USSD of which i attached a image below, i called Vodafone and ICICI and raised a complaint on this as that was the last day for payment again i made a same payment in the afternoon around 3:20pm by logging into my ICICI saving account by using quick pay option, that payment was successful and i got transaction id also i am attaching the same below, i called Vodafone customer service one of there executives told as transaction was unsuccessful you need to call BANK and complain, so i called and given a complaint in ICICI, but they are saying that the transaction was successful and both amounts were successfully credited to beneficiary accounts please check with Vodafone, already one month is over still these Vodafone and ICICI people not resolving my problem, instead they are arguing with me saying only one payment has credited to them and behaving rudely, as per Vodafone instruction i submitted all documents they asked and even daily visiting there Vodafone store also, and submitted documents hard and soft copy's, even to ICICI bank also i submitted all documents they asked and as per there instruction visited nearby bank branch, bank asked me to get a mail from VODAFONE that vodafone received a single payment, i took mail from vodafone submitted that too, and i contacted ICICI customer service regarding the same issue and given complaint also they told me to wait till 19th of October i waited but did't got any call from ICICI BANK instead they closed my complaint dated 5th of October, and ICICI customer care executives giving fake assurance that the problem will be solved with in 3 days and will get my money back, they are closing all my complaints without solving it, I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH ICICI SERVICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES FAKE ASSURANCE, PLEASE DO NEEDFUL Regards MANJUNATH [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
