Hi,

Yesterday some amount was deducted from my account and the deduction chargers were on posdec chg. I am unaware of what this is about.

I have attached a screenshot for reference. Kindly go though the same.

Meanwhile, i haven't swiped my card yesterday (May 18).

I expect the full refund. Because i haven't used my debit card for any purchasing activity.

I have logged SR[protected]. When I asked for an update I was told that nothing can be done till 26th Jan, 2016. This is ridiculous and not acceptable. I have sent the dispute form and Void slip to consumer disputes mail id.
