[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding loan decline issue | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I have applied for personal loan in Icici bank in Indore Branch. And my loan has declined, they said my cibil is -1. But I have an issue when I got a call from icici bank customer support to offer me personal loan and they checked my cibil with help of pen card number and said your loan will be approve your cibil rate is good. However also recently I have finished my education loan and currently I have two wheeler loan that have been more than 3 months and regularly I am paying emi. So please let me know how can icici bank indore branch saying my cibil is -1, while their customer support is saying your cibil is good. And also no one is coming at my rent address for FI. Please take a complain against icici bank in Indore branch related to my cibil issue. And please contact me as soon possible. I have mentioned below my details.
