ICICI Bank — rs 1062 & rs 826 deducted from my account | |
Dear sr/madam, On 25th mar rs 1062 (Promotion charges) and 28 apr rs 826 (Dp charges) deduced from my account. I never do trading so i do not need any promotion thus both promotion charges & demat charges should also not be applied. I have logged a complaint on 18 jul and it has been months but the issue has not been addressed. On 4th aug, customer care agreed to refund the money. But after the rm call it was refused and did not give any further clarification. As a woman, i am struggling to refund my money for which i am not responsible. I am still in shock how my money can be taken away from my account without any prior notice. Please let me know when i am going to get a refund and why customer care has refused to refund money. I have not received full refund so far.
I have received response that refund is based on Prorata basis
Prorata is applied when i asked for service and if i am breaking it.
This is really ridiculous because i was expecting ICICI to realize their mistake and then it should return my money with out any hassle. But they are start giving me useless calculation
I am sure if they will do fraud with anyone like this then is there any rule in our country.
Please have a look into this issue. I am struggling from last 5 months

I have not received my entire amount so far. I have received onyl Rs 471 instead of Rs 1062.
I have mentioned to customer care that my entire amount has not refunded but they are keep saying please check 13 Oct, your amount refunded.
i am pasting last few email communication and response from ICICI direct.
We are really scared of this kind of service where money deducted from my account without my knowledge and i am struggling now for getting back.

I am simply saying that you have refunded only Rs 471 instead of Rs 1062.
