ICICI Bank — To refund the amount for the failed order in flipkart and cancel its emi | |||||
I had done transaction in flipkart of amount Rs 28360 on 6th March 2021. Its transaction reference number is [protected] against my flipkart order ID OD[protected] placed on 06.03.2021 for whirlpool ac 1.5 ton. But unfortunately transaction became failed due to network error while my said amount is debited from my account. I contacted to flipkart, he replied me that transaction was showing failed. In the meantime icici bank has generated its emi for my failed order today. Please refund the said amount amount and cancel its emi. I have already raised the issue regarding this on icici bank. I wish to inform ICICI BANK for SR[protected] via yourself that the amount of Rs 28360 is already refunded by the merchant Flipkart Inter Banglor on 24/03/2021 and its confirmation is received on my email by ICICI bank on 24/03/2021 but still it is taking too much time to cancel the said emi and other changes. I am sending email continuously regarding this but they are not understanding the issue. Please help to solve it at the earliest.
