Savings Bank account fraud; unauthorized and repeated debits and criminal withholding of total money without mandatory temporary credit; Inaction and criminal indifference in spite of repeated complaints for nearly three months; Branch Manager says she is helpless and I could proceed legally; 4: The problem: 4.1 During 2013 -14, I gave an ECS mandate to electronically transfer the billed amount for my electrical power. Ref ADBLDESK_APCPDCL¬_[protected]. 4.2: In April 2016. I cancelled that ECS mandate since I sold that flat. However, the auto-debit continued till July 2016 and there were debits from APCPDCL after that till 21 May 2020. This establishes that there was no valid mandate for accepting debits from APCPDCL. Unfortunately, there were two unauthorized debits as shown in the table in next page, FOUR YEARS after the cancellation of the ECS mandate. Please see the next page.
