ICICI Bank — Unnecessary MAB charges on Saving Account

I have an icici saving account. All of sudden i see 7 MAB(RS 393.26 each) charges on my account. I see bank applied charges for past years and month as well. I dont understand this. as per understanding these charges should not applied and reverted asap. Attaching details for charges.

I have sent detailed email to ICICI bank but did not get satisfactory answer. I would like to cancel/suspend/close (whatever you call) Account No:[protected] with immediate effect. Please don't apply MAB charges or any other charges going forward. I am not going to pay. I hope you understand common man's pain of maintaining ICICI bank account.
