[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card delivery through bluedart, nanpura, surat

Yesterday, bluedart nanpura, surat office wrote falsely in respect of awb [protected] that my premises (Residence) was closed at 19.55 pm. My wife was very much at my home for whole day and night waiting for bluedart delivery man.
1) the consignment is a credit card from icici bank, delhi. I have already complained to icici bank, customer care and also to national consumer development commission through their website regarding the shenanigans of bluedart, nanpura, surat.
2) regularly bluedart, surat has been harassing me in this consignment. Due to navratri, my wife goes out in the afternoon for pooja, but bluedart delivery man comes to my house only in afternoon as per tracking system and mentions premises closed. As per our apartment watchman, only on one day bluedart delivery man came.
3) i smsed through the bluedart sms system seeking morning delivery (8 to 11 am) ‎twice and waited at my home. Nobody from bluedart came.
4) i volunteered to get the consignment personally as the bluedart nanpura delivery office is very near to my delivery office. I said i will provide my identification cards like driving licence. But bluedart manager said that since it is a credit card, they can deliver only in the address given by the icici bank.
5) last one week bluedart, nanpura, surat has been harassing me.
6) today being dussera, nobody will be at my home from 3 pm onwards.
But bluedart delivery man may write false particulars or come only at 7 pm when my house is closed.
7) please save me from this bluedart harassment

I am not having a bank account and I am receiving mails from bank for a credit card. Can you kindly help in stopping this.
