[Resolved]  ICICI Demat Services — indusindbank certificates sent for demate wre nthrown near my main gate in worn out condition

sir S Meenal & S Ramanathan We have a demate A/C in icici bank Annanagar Avenue Third.Chennai DP id 303028 client id xxxxxx11 Two certificates of indusind bank were sent to demate on 27/10/2013 through Annnanagar branch Chennai When we were out of our residence and came back our servant maid had handed over a cover in worn out condition .In that cover we found indusindbank cetificates ina wornout condition.The person who threw the cover near my main gate could not be identified.The worn out certificates were shown to the manager and concerned staff on 18/11/2013 This matter had been reported to HELP DESK also.Requestto take action to replace the worn out certificates with new one.
