[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Cancellation of Policy

Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to cancel my insurance policy as it was issued even after my repeated mails not to go ahead with issuance. They stated as they had target as it was month end and they had to issue it. This was the exact statement. This is very sad state of affairs. Even in ICICI website which had the customer redressal, I followed the protocol and even waited for the 72 hours in 3 levels of complaint (At last to vice president). I am still waiting for a closure of my complaint. I have been sending mails to them from January 6th 2015 but no action has been taken. They had taken 1 lakh premium from loan account as well. I would term this as extortion. Please help me with the cancellation and advise what needs to be done further?
