[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — insurance claim in respect of vehicle no. dl9caq7393 (maruti - celerio-x)

I purchased the above said vehicle on 24 oct. 2018 from dd motors, mayapuri, new delhi. The vehicle was given for repair for minor to dd motors on 30/11/2018. The said vehicle covered under '0' dip insurance through icici lombard vide insurance policy no. 3001/mi[protected]/00/000 dated 24/10/2018. Dd motors representative informed that icici surveyor conducted survey for vehicle and has only approved the change of front (One side) head light and not approved the denting / scratches came on the left side of the door as the same is rusty. The above facts intimated to the company through mail dated 7/12/2018. Company intimated that we will process your request for claim status under reference no. [protected] and our endeavor will be to address it at the earliest but till date no reply has been given by the company. Now, i have paid charges rs.8008/- for non approved repair work. Whereas the vehicle came under 0 dep. Insurance how to charges for repair work.

Further, we would like to inform you that your claimed charges can be relooked as reimbursement by claims team only post fresh claim intimation is done on your policy with your agreement on it. So in case if you want us to intimate fresh claim, please feel free to contact us and or claims team shall assist you further.
