[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Insurance Transfer - Pathetic Service | |||
Hi, Its been almost 3 weeks since the inspection is done, but till now there is no activity from ICICI Lombard. I raised a request (Req no:[protected]) for the transfer and sent the doc through mail. After inspection, i was suppose to get a call from payment dept for online payment, missed the call once and never got the call again. I called up 5-6 times and finally they said that i need to send the cheque to Mallad, Mumbai office as online payment cant be done.I sent the cheque (ICICI Bank, No:232578, Rs 57) through speed post (EK[protected]IN) and t hey received it on 19th March. Today again i called up but they are clueless as there is no updation on this request as what is happening. None of the guys knows about the process and they are totally clueless. I have never faced such a pathetic service and really frustrated. Was this information helpful? | |||
