[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Regarding insurance claim -- Policy Number ILG/10111108 | |||
Dear team, I have taken insurance policy for my car Honda Amaze (DL9CU8914) through your company. Approx a week back, I have gone through with a minor road accident while going to my office. And due to this car bumper and side part got damaged. Now I have applied for claim from naraina samara honda service center but your extra educated staff Mr.Vishal thakur is saying this accident is not genuine. We can't process the side part replacement because its not seems genuine. Can anyone share the list genuine accidents or what kind of accident you guys consider as a genuine one. I would appreciate if anyone can explain me that why should one person apply for replacement of any part if it is not damaged. I am not that much free that i can send my good condition car for denting n all. What kind of polices u guys have and why don't you explain such things while selling this or you should provide the list of genuine accidents. I am actually upset with this communication that it doesn't seems genuine. Are u guys upset that accident was not that big and i am safe. ????? Expecting resolution.!!!
