ICICI Prudential AMC — Transaction ID:[protected]folio#[protected] NRE fund put in NRO a/c!

In folio 15772364 on 18th December investment was made from NRE bank account but after switching of funds they put NRO bank account for redemption. They are not checking the source of fund of transaction ID Transaction ID:15497240. I have been writing to them [protected]@icicipruamc.com for last 2 days but they keep ignoring.
