[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Policy 20003786 | |||||
After revised policy, I had requested for a cancellation and refund on 25/05/2016 with reason clearly stating that doubled premium would not be acceptable and requesting to process before 1st June because my premium was paid by credit card and my due date was on 1st June. After continuous follow-up today i get a email that it was process on 1st June and it will be credited within 10 working days which is not at all acceptable. Now that i am not able to pay the credit card bill it has affected my credit rating at CBIL so who will be responsible for it ? I want my grievance to be address ASAP Its a very bad experience and i would never take or recommend ICICI Pru life to any one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
