[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Premium Payment

Premium has been paid and the amount debited from the bank account, however received a notification via email and sms that the transaction has failed. Called up the customer service number (which should be toll free and not chargeable) and spoke to the advisor for 11 minutes. No First call resolution and customer service lacking .
TAT is to high which is unacceptable.
TNI is a must for good customer service.

" If you dont take care of your customers, someone else will"

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST AND RESOLVE.
