[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Regarding unethical behaviour | |||
I went to ICICI prudential life insurance branch Anna Nagar on 24/08/2016. I have done the ECS formalities. And I received a message regarding the due payment. I again went for the re-conformation of the due payment. I met Mr.Paul (representative clerk ) date 09/12/2016 at 4.10 pm and got to know that your system was out of service. So, he assured to collect the cheque and other documents regarding the ECS at our doorstep. Since I had no response even after making call ([protected] and [protected]). I reminded him on 10/12/2016 at 9.20am . He replied assuring me of collecting the cheque by 7.00pm on the same day. I called him thrice on 11/12/2016 but he had not turned up yet.
