[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Smart life | |||||
I purchased two smart life policies in Aug 2015 for total sum of 300000/-, at the time purchasing these policies i was not briefed about the hidden charges and also it is pertinent to mention that the company deliberately sent me the policy bonds well after one month return period so that i could not avail that facility. Now, since i find my wealth is not making any progress stopped paying the premium for present year, my policy has been lapsed and the money has gone to discontinued fund. I have been accrued the loses to the tune of Rs 55, 000/-. I am an Ex-servicemen living on pension hence i am unable to live with the burden of these losses.
