[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Use of obscene language by icici prudential telecaller on phone | |||
Sir/madam, Today like many other days, i had received a phone call from icici telecalling regarding a previously cancelled policy some time ago i had already had prolonged discussion regarding it and even waited for an agent who never turned up. Anyway, i was unwell and trying to sleep when i was disturbed by the phone call from icici regarding the same policy and its methods, so i had strongly suggested to stop calling me regarding the same issue as it has been discussed repeatedly. To my utter surprise, i was called by the same girl from a personal number and slang language was used for not being "polite and decent enough". Another call came in and more obscene language was used, in the filthiest form, unthinkable that a company like icici can employ personnel with this kind of creed and education. Reply to ICICI's reply: Why are you asking for his number to put it under DND? If ICICI puts a client's number under DND, he'll miss important transactional notifications. Instead of his number, can't yo ask for the employee's numbers who called to harass him?
