The best way of solving a complaint is by not registering one!

Unable to register a complaint on your portal. It constantly throws an error “Do not enter special characters in description field.!!” Irrespective of the content. Tried it without punctuations, didn’t work....

I have been using banking service with IDBI since many years but lately I have been disappointed by some serious glitches in services by IDBI Bank. Recently, I received a SMS on my phone about this weird and sudden deduction of amount Rs. 590 from my account with this weird ACH-RTN-CHRG charge. I don't understand why IDBI deducted such a sudden charge from my account. I request IDBI Bank to refund my Rs. 590 to my account....

I had been preparing for banking exams and had applied for idbi executive exam too but the exam centre was given in jorhat which is itself quite far from manipur and is in another state as well as it is not acceptable as mention in the form the exam centre for manipur was Imphal itself and the cost for travelling and lodging is quite high for a poor aspirant and flash flood is still occuring in assam so sir...

I was depositing money in IDBI Bank CDM machine but when it was counting the money midway machine got stuck and displayed that machine out of service try later. Later machine gave no response. Amount ₹10500

An amount of Rs 590 has been levied from my account as ach rtn charges. Due to delay of crediting salary i missed my emi, and in present situation this amount is lot for me. Please consider this matter and refund my hard earned money.

Sir the amount of 2400rs has debited now telling that Ach-Rtn-chrg it's not small amount why is this happening in my account the transaction I'd are S50474217, S50472039, S50471793, S50471472...

590 rs are deducted from my account twice for what reason twice i didn't understand.
I need the confermation towards my question.
And the amount should be refunded....

On the 5th may my 4 EMI was going to be deducted from the IDBI account. i was in the jodhpur region at that time where the internet was off from the 2nd of May to the 8th may. after starting the internet I paid my all EMIs but in the last 3 days IDBI bank has cut the Ach- RTN charges 5 times. I request the IDBI team to refund my money

I got salary, nand idbi bank deducted amount 590 rs ten times 5900 .i have huge loss. I want my money back...
