Idea Cellular — charging extra money, and not giving offer | |
Ive done a recharge of idea 129 ₹ through ussd code on 24th may, 2018. As per best offer of mine no. [protected], that 28 days validity should be given by idea, but i've only received 16 days instead of 28 days. Also raised a complaint via mobile call, they said that it will resolve before 9:12 am 26th may.. Now they are telling me that you had to recharge it via retailer. Earlier their senior department told to wait 2 days due to technical issue promo unable to credit into my account, n now they a saying vice versa. My question is where they mentioned that you have recharge via retailer not thru ussd code.. They are simply took my 129 ₹ for 16 days instead of 28 days. Then what's the use of having idea sim where we don't get 4g service yet, where we can't get full benefits if we recharge thru ussd code. Simple words, you just treated like that i'm not a customer of yours. Better to port into vodafone or airtel, also they don't give option to recharge thru ussd code. Also i'll raising a complaint wherever i can. Thanks for treating me so bad, really don't care of old customer. Was this information helpful? | |
