[Resolved] Idea Cellular — false promise & delay in resolve my complaint | |||
My name is chaitanya kuna converted my vodafone sim to your network under the perception that your service will be better but unfortunately your service was worst. Mr. Habib your sales executive has visited my office and presented false statements to me and to my colleagues. He informed that i'll be charged rs. 299 per month including gst and he has given one cug number and informed that it'll be free of cost. But to my surprise i have been charged 457 and 357 respectively for each sim. When i called to habib i was informed that the problem will be rectified within 2 to 3 working days but it was not resolved. I thought customer care people will help me about this problem and i raised complaint on april 11th and the due date of my complaint is april 16th. Again unfortunately till now i didn't get any response from your side. Every time i myself calling to you and following up. Every time i call your customer care people were informing that my complaint is under process. I've been talking with mr. Udaykumar. Yesterday mr. Udaykumar said he will give some update today but again i myself called to customer care and i got the same reply. Along with the reply i got another information that today is not working so that my complaint will be addressed on monday. I just wanted to know what's happening?? When my problem will be resolved? Why are you doing like this? Is that a kind of training you are giving to your sales executives? Can't you resolve my issue before the due date? When I make call getting a message that this service is on HOLD.
Infact due to poor service of Airtel we migrated to idea and now i am getting a feel that we made a mistake on choosing idea.
Please resolve immediately and confirm.
