[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Fraud transaction on citibank credit card for idea payment | |||
Respectedsir, Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, Please take acion and help in the refund of the amount RS 19, 222. citibank credit card was used for the merchant - IDEA PAYMENT(idea money) I got a fraud call around 11.27 am today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about 4 Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card towards (IDEA PAYEMENT) ideamoney with three transactions each of 4805/- and 1 transaction of Rs 4807 making the total amount of 19222/- with below transaction ids: Transaction id-1: 279020 of rs. 4805/- Transaction id-2: 809194 of rs. 4805/- Transaction id-3: 037101 of rs. 4807/- Transaction id-3: 549306 of rs. 4807/- I raised complaint near police station. Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back. I do not know how this Complaint has been marked resolved. I have not received the money refund from IDEA PAYMENTS till date. Even though Police complaint was sent to IDEA to refund the amount. There is no reply from IDEA. Is this the way IDEA making money?

I am from mumbai I also got call from - [protected].
They did fraud Transaction from my citi bank credit card - 24008 and Icici Bank - 14000. All the transaction went to the Idea payment mumbai. I registered police complain. This incidence happen on 26/07/2017. Please reopen the ticket and do the investigation.
